Estimated delivery time 6-10 business days.

All order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday through Saturday, from 9am to 5 PM IST. Orders placed on Sundays, holidays, or after 10 AM IST are processed the next business day.

Shipments outside of India would have to be requested via info@cuddlycoo.com . Shipping charges would apply for orders outside of India.

Shipments once done would be updated and you will receive a tracking number to track your order.
Return and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can ship the product back to the seller and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. The refund will be exclusive of the shipping charges.
You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
